Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them on crownhaven.properties, and the choices available to you. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember preferences and measure usage. We also use related technologies such as localStorage and pixel tags; references to "cookies" below include those.

2. Categories we use

Necessary — essential for the website to function (security, load balancing, remembering your cookie choice). Cannot be disabled.

Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Only set if you consent.

Marketing — used to measure advertising campaigns and personalise messages on third-party platforms. Only set if you consent.

3. Managing your preferences

You can accept, reject or fine-tune categories at any time via the cookie banner or by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Withdrawing consent does not affect data already processed lawfully.

4. Third-party services

When enabled, analytics and marketing categories may set cookies from providers such as Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta. Each provider operates under its own privacy notice.

5. Retention

Cookie lifetimes vary from a single browser session to up to 24 months. Your consent record is kept for 12 months, after which we re-prompt.
