Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CROWNHAVEN ("we", "us") processes personal data of visitors to crownhaven.properties and individuals who contact us regarding investment advisory services. We act as the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
Contact data you provide via forms or email: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, budget range, investment goals, and the content of your message.
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, referring URL, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions stored in cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Marketing data: UTM parameters, ad click identifiers and source of the visit, where present.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your enquiries and providing advisory information you request — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in serving prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Operating, securing and improving the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics and marketing measurement — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), managed via the cookie banner.
Compliance with legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
3. Recipients and international transfers
We share personal data with vetted service providers acting as processors: hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics, and customer-support tools. Where data is transferred outside the EEA / UK, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or another GDPR-recognised safeguard.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Enquiry and lead data: up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or to defend legal claims.
Analytics data: aggregated or pseudonymised; retained for no longer than 14 months.
Cookie consent records: 12 months, then we re-prompt.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise these rights, contact us at private@crownhaven.properties. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
6. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including transport encryption, access controls and provider audits — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The website is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
